Hands not imported if your Windows username is in Greek, Hebrew, etc

If your Windows username contains characters that are not in the Roman alphabet, our automatic hand history detection might not work. For example, if your username uses the Greek or Hebrew alphabet.

Work-around

The best solution is to change your username to only use the Roman alphabet.
