If you have found an error in Poker Copilot’s calculation for a hand or tournament, here’s how to report it to us.
First, make sure you are running the latest update of Poker Copilot. Your problem might have already been reported by other users and fixed in the latest update.
Reporting a suspected error in a poker hand’s result or statistics
We need you to send us an email with the following info:
- A screenshot of Poker Copilot clearly showing the calculation in question. See below for screenshot tips.
- What calculation or result you expected to see. Please tell us precisely what you expected.
- The hand’s raw text. To obtain this, right-click on the hand in Poker Copilot and select “Copy Raw Hand History Text”. This will place the text in your computer’s clipboard. You can then paste it into an email or a text file.

Reporting a suspected error in a tournament’s result
We need you to send us an email with the following info:
- A screenshot of Poker Copilot clearly showing the tournament result. See below for screenshot tips.
- What result you expected to see. Please tell us precisely what you expected.
- The tournament’s raw text. To obtain this, right-click on the tournament in Poker Copilot and select “Copy Raw Tournament Summary Text”. This will place the text in your computer’s clipboard. You can then paste it into an email or a text file.

Tips for taking screenshots
- On Mac, you can take a screenshot by pressing Cmd+Shift+3. The screenshot will be saved to your desktop.
- On Windows, read this Microsoft guide to taking a screenshot.
- Make sure your screenshot shows all relevant information. It helps if we can see the full Poker Copilot window including filters and the left-hand panel.
- Make sure all columns are fully visible.
- It is helpful if you can edit the screenshot to highlight the hand or tournament you are reporting,
